At Kairoth, we strive to provide high-quality apparel and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The product received is different from the item ordered.

To initiate a return, please contact us at kairothstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Proof Required

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product showing the issue.
  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable).
  • Order details for verification.

Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in the return request being declined.

Size-Related Returns

If a customer wishes to return an item due to selecting the wrong size, the return shipping cost must be borne entirely by the customer.

Please note that refunds are not available for products returned due to incorrect size selection. Customers are encouraged to carefully review the size chart before placing an order.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Kairoth will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to an incorrect size ordered by the customer, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Refunds

Refunds are available only for:

  • Damaged or defective products.
  • Incorrect products received.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through a mutually agreed payment method after verification. Our team will contact you via email or phone to arrange the refund process.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products that show signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
  • Claims without adequate proof of damage, defect, or incorrect item received.
